These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1x app ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the 1x app website, mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 1x app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 1x app from Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1x app platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To use the full range of services on 1x app, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 1x app or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had a 1x app account closed for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on 1x app. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. 1x app may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 1x app staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

1x app accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your 1x app account balance in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be adjusted by 1x app from time to time without prior notice.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact 1x app support with your transaction reference number.
• 1x app does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made from a mobile banking account not registered in your name may be declined or held for verification.

All funds deposited into your 1x app account must be from a legitimate source. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 1x app complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may request source-of-funds documentation at any time.

Withdrawals from your 1x app account are processed to your registered mobile banking account in BDT. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time on 1x app is under 5 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer.
• You may only withdraw funds that have been cleared — this means real-money deposits that have met any applicable wagering requirements, and winnings from real-money play.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus play, after wagering requirements are met, are eligible for withdrawal.

1x app reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player. Verification requests are typically resolved within 24 hours when documents are provided promptly.

If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your 1x app account balance and you will be notified of the reason. Common reasons for declined withdrawals include unmet wagering requirements, unverified account details, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the registered player name.

1x app offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 1x app promotions include:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or game categories. Check the promotion details before using bonus funds.
• One bonus per player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Abuse prevention: 1x app actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited.

1x app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes to the core terms of that specific offer.

All games available on 1x app — including slots, live casino, fishing games, Keno, sports betting, and all other titles — operate under their own specific game rules. These rules are accessible within each game. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

All casino games on 1x app use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including 1x app itself.

For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body.
• 1x app reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. 1x app is not responsible for delays in live data feeds.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant market.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 1x app will investigate the incident and apply one of the following resolutions: void the affected round and return the stake, or settle the round based on the last confirmed game state. The decision of 1x app in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1x app. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 1x app.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the 1x app platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using 1x app for money laundering purposes.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your 1x app account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 1x app staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction or self-exclusion measure.

1x app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email or in-app message. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. The investigation period is typically completed within 5 business days, though complex cases may take longer.

If your account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If the closure is at your own request or due to responsible gaming reasons, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered mobile banking account after standard verification.

You may request the closure of your own 1x app account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, please also consider using the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings, which take effect immediately.

1x app is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 1x app players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your 1x app account.
